How it fits together

A robot is your AI assistant. You give it sources (files, links, store data) and it answers from them. You connect it to services, the places your customers reach you: the website widget, Telegram, Goftino and others. Every conversation, from any service, lands in one Conversations list, where you and your operators can follow up.
