In a conversation, find the robot answer you want to check and open its sources view.

The window lists the documents the robot consulted to build this answer. Click a document to read its content.

If the list is long, use search at the top to find a document quickly.

Reading the result

“No data available” means no document was recorded for this answer, which usually means it was not built from your knowledge at all.

When an answer is wrong, the sources tell you where to fix it:

What you see	What it means	What to do
The wrong document was used	A source is misleading the robot	Review or delete it in Manage sources
The right document, but a wrong answer	The document itself is unclear	Rewrite that content and retrain it
No document at all	The topic isn’t in the robot’s knowledge yet	Add a source that covers it
