# Reports dashboard

> Track conversations, messages and AI performance over time, and download the numbers.

Open your robot and go to **Statistical Report** in the reports menu. It gives a live overview of
how your conversations are being handled.

## Choose a period and filter

View the charts **Daily**, **Weekly** (the default), **Monthly** or **Yearly**.

**Filters** narrow the report to one service type (Widget, Telegram or Goftino) and a date range.
By default the report covers the last 30 days.

## Conversation status

**Conversations by Status** shows **Total Conversations** and **Average Conversations**, split by
outcome:

* **Answered**
* **Closed**
* **Unanswered**
* **Operator Attention** (handed to an operator)

> **Tip**
>
> The share of **Unanswered** and **Operator Attention** is the most important number on this
> page. When it is high, the robot’s knowledge doesn’t cover what your visitors actually ask.

## Message status

**Messages** counts messages by sender:

* **AI**
* **User**
* **ParsChat operator**: replies sent from the ParsChat panel
* **External panel operator**: replies sent from a connected tool such as Goftino or Crisp

## AI performance and services

**Message AI Performance** shows what happened to the robot’s answers: **Successful Response**,
**Operator Attention**, **Answered** or **Other**.

**Conversations in Services** splits conversations across your connected services, such as
**Widget** and **Telegram**, so you can see which channel your visitors use most.

## Clear filters and export

**Remove Filter** returns to the full view. **Download Report** exports the data.
