# Instagram

> Connect an Instagram business account so the robot answers your Instagram messages.

> **Info**
>
> You need an Instagram **business** account. Personal accounts cannot be connected.

#### Start the connection

In the ParsChat panel, open your robot, go to **Service** and click **connect to instagram**.

#### Sign in with Instagram

You are sent to Instagram’s own login. Sign in with the business account you want to connect
and approve the access ParsChat asks for.

#### Check it

You are returned to the panel and the Instagram service appears under **Service**. Send your
account a direct message from another account and check that the robot replies.
Instagram conversations appear in **Conversation** alongside all the others.
