## How it fits together

A **robot** is your AI assistant. You give it **sources** (files, links, store data) and it
answers from them. You connect it to **services**, the places your customers reach you: the
website widget, Telegram, Goftino and others. Every conversation, from any service, lands in one
**Conversations** list, where you and your operators can follow up.
